Exercise physiology is the science of exercise, applied by a university qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist. You’ll get a safe and effective exercise plan that will help you get moving, stay mobile and limber, increase your energy and stamina, and minimise injury. We focus on making this fit your life rather than overhauling it. It doesn’t have to be a “workout” to work!

Our small group EP sessions usually contain 4-6 people and are a great way to receive support, guidance and motivation, whilst you complete your exercise program.
