This umbrella term can include techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and sports massage – among many others! The techniques your therapist chooses will always be designed to get you the best result.
Exercise Physiology
Exercise physiology is the science of exercise, applied by a university qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist. You’ll get a safe and effective exercise plan that will help you get moving, stay mobile and limber, increase your energy and stamina, and minimise injury. We focus on making this fit your life rather than overhauling it. It doesn’t have to be a “workout” to work!
