Our program of group classes and sessions has been specifically designed to reinforce our philosophy of simplifying health. Simply coming along to a class helps you achieve many of the factors of our Urban Health Circle, in turn supporting whole body and brain health for the long term.
Classes target elements of fitness necessary to prevent and manage injury, improve strength, and promote healthy ageing. Whether you are looking for an improvement in strength, stability, flexibility, or balance, our sessions will have you covered. No previous exercise experience is necessary for any of our group fitness sessions.
A Stretching Class For The Inflexible
Loosen up, improve your flexibility and counteract the wear and tear of daily life. By incorporating stretching, foam rolling and trigger point exercises, you’ll reduce your risk of injury and relieve general muscle and joint stiffness. We keep the environment fun and relaxing, and especially welcoming . Our classes are targeted at those who are inflexible and those who would feel daunted by stepping into a room full of people who can bend in half.
Focus On Building A Strong Foundation
Joint mobility and stability are the foundation of pain-free movement and injury prevention. By gently challenging your body through range of motion and muscle activation exercises, we help you build strength, balance and freedom of movement. Our goal is for you to feel stronger and more confident in your movement ability. Your instructor will help you safely execute each exercise and tailor them to your specific needs and ability.

Once you receive your tailored program from your one-on-one session, join a group to get it done! These small group classes provide a fun and supportive setting, with the watchful eye of an exercise physiologist to ensure you are using correct technique.
